Refund and cancellation policy

The refund boundary follows the build state.

Custom manufacturing becomes less reversible as owner sources are frozen and Foundry work begins. The server-authoritative order record determines the applicable stage.

• Full refund may be requested before READY_TO_BUILD or BUILD_QUEUED.
• After a build is queued, cancellation is reviewed against completed work.
• Verified provider refunds revoke download and activation entitlement.
• Request via [email protected] with the order ID — never email an access token.
